Oil Burner Nozzle

We've been working on a nozzle capable of burning oils from various sources, even mixed and recycled oils. It has been designed to burn the oils both cleanly and reliably without the need for continual operator adjustment. The technology centres around a novel technique that creates a stable and finely atomised spray of droplets without relying on a compressed air supply or a high pressure pump with sub-micron filters such as would be found in a typical modern fuel specific installation.

Simple

A straightforward design with few components, we feel the elegant simplicity of the nozzle belies its many talents. Simple and robust, efficient and capable, we're hoping for great things from these little units.

Clean Burning

Our atomising nozzle has been designed to have beneficial environmental credentials too. During the initial testing of the prototype units, we found almost from the outset, that we were able to acheive low soot and smoke formation with virtually all the oils we tried. With further testing and the adoption of self- regulating controls, we're confident we'll be able to demonstrate a reduction in CO2 and NOx formation when compared to burner types of a similar heating capacity.
